Refund policy
1.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects of sold defective goods are remedied, defective goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
1.2.1. The returned item must be in its original tidy packaging (this clause does not apply if a defective item is returned);
1.2.2. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
1.2.3. The item must be unused, retaining its commercial appearance: labels intact, protective films not torn, etc. (this clause does not apply if a defective item is returned);
1.2.4. The returned item must be of the same configuration as that received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in cases where a defective item is returned);
1.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods have not been met;
1.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply if the item is defective - in this case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
1.3. The return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810, Part 1 of the Civil Code;
1.4. The money paid for the goods accepted by the Buyer but later rejected will be refunded to the Buyer's account no later than 10 (ten) days from the day the goods are returned to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
